Due to the more in-depth and strategic nature of this service, we offer a satisfaction guarantee that includes revisions to ensure the final product meets your expectations. If you are unsatisfied with the initial draft, you may request a partial refund within 5 days of delivery, prior to any revisions being completed.

Ongoing Consulting Services ($2,500+)

All consulting services are time-based and results-driven. As such, payments for consulting services are non-refundable once sessions have been completed. However, we are committed to your success and will work closely with you to ensure you receive maximum value and actionable results from every session.

General Terms

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Once final deliverables are approved or revisions have been completed, services are considered fulfilled and are no longer eligible for refunds.
